Return & Refund Policy

At Boost Patches, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and topical patches), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Order Issues
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled.
